Program validity

  • Referrals are open till 30th April (11:59 PM).
  • Only referrals made within this period will be eligible for rewards.

Who can participate

  • Anyone can participate in the Blyss Referral Program.
  • The referred person must sign up as a Service Provider (SP) and choose at least one of: Blyss Hero, or Everyday Cleaning.
  • This program is currently available only in Gurgaon.

How it works

  1. 1Refer a new Service Provider (SP) to Blyss.

    The referred SP must:

    • Attend training within 3 days of referral
    • Start completing jobs after training
  3. 3You earn rewards based on their performance.

Terms and Conditions

The following provisions govern definitions, payouts, disqualification, conduct, and general legal matters relating to this referral program. They are intended to be read together with the program description above.

Definitions

"Active" means
The SP completes at least 1 job in a day.
"On time" means
The SP reaches the customer location before the job start time, provided the job was accepted at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

Payout terms

  • All referral rewards are subject to manual approval by Blyss.
  • Payout will be processed after 15 days from the SP's training date.
  • Rewards will be credited to Blyss Wallet (for non-SP referrers), or paid via standard payout method (for SPs).

Disqualification

Referral bonus will not be paid if the referred SP is temporarily or permanently blacklisted due to:

  • No-shows
  • Being late (including more than 30 minutes delay)
  • Policy violations

Important rules

No self-referrals

  • You cannot refer yourself.
  • Existing or previously registered users (even with different phone numbers) are not eligible.

Fraud and misuse

Any fraudulent activity (fake accounts, duplicate referrals, manipulation) will lead to disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all pending rewards.

Job counting rules

  • Only successfully completed jobs will be counted.
  • Cancelled or refunded jobs will not be included.

Monthly cap

Maximum referral earnings per referrer: ₹50,000 per month.

Final notes

  • Blyss reserves the right to approve or reject referrals at its sole discretion, and to modify or end the program at any time without prior notice.
  • All decisions made by Blyss will be final and binding.
